We offer production machining and low volume custom services utilizing modern high speed CNC machinery. Toolpath programs are generated via 3d CAM software using customer CAD files. The programs are optimized and verified offline prior to machining, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and consistency.

Electrical discharge machining is a process in which metal is eroded away by electrical sparks. Geometry is machined into conductive graphite blanks (electrodes) utilizing CNC milling techniques, then the electrodes are "burned" into the metal workpiece by electrical discharge. This leaves the impression of the electrode geometry in the workpiece and is ideal for detail work otherwise not easily machined with rotary cutting tools i.e., small intricate detail, 3d geometry, sharp corners, logos, etc.

Another capability we offer is 2 and 4 axis Wire EDM machining, which is an EDM process utilizing small diameter brass wire instead of graphite electrodes. A bandsaw, so to speak, that cuts using electricity and is capable of very tight accuracy. Wire EDM is used to cut parts with complex or tapered profiles such as gears, mold inserts, dies and punches.
